Rather than purchasing building materials individually we can now source steel and wooden frame homes direct from a supplier who has set designs and plans for our clients to peruse. These house designs can be modified, to suit our client’s requirements.

As the appointed builder, Gould Construction would deal with all certification, council approval, delivery and of course building the home. The home is built with all services in place and can come completely fitted out depending on your budget.

Although the homes come with basic kitchen designs and bathroom layouts these can be enhanced or not included and at Gould Construction we would outsource additional contractors to up spec the homes if required.

These homes are not only cost effective but are built very quickly compared to the standard building time frames.
